Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal information Away Digital Teams collects through this site, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can change your mind. It applies to the pages served at hire.awaydigitalteams.com.
-
Who we are
Away Digital Teams provides offshore staffing and outsourced teams in Vietnam to businesses in Australia and the United States. You can reach us on +61 3 7068 1401 or through the contact page on our main site.
-
What we collect
Personal information is collected only when you knowingly and voluntarily submit it. The forms on this site ask for your name, work email address, company name and, where you choose to give it, your phone number, along with the answers you select about the role you want to fill.
Our web servers also record your IP address and standard request information to diagnose faults. Where you allow it, analytics and advertising cookies record how you used the page and which advertisement brought you here.
-
Why we use it
We use what you submit to answer your enquiry, arrange a call, send the checklist or advice you asked for, and understand which pages and advertisements lead to genuine enquiries. If you tick the marketing box we may send occasional advice on hiring offshore; every one of those emails carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect an enquiry already in progress.
-
Cookies, analytics and advertising
With your consent this site loads Google Tag Manager, which in turn runs Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking, and the HubSpot tracking script. The HubSpot cookie (
hubspotutk) links your visit to any enquiry you send us, so we can see which advertisement produced it. Google's cookies measure page performance and advertising attribution, and may be used for remarketing. You can change or withdraw these choices at any time using the control, which also appears in the footer of every page. If you withdraw consent we delete the visitor identifier we hold in your browser and stop loading those scripts. We also honour a Global Privacy Control signal sent by your browser.
-
Who we share it with
Enquiries are stored in HubSpot, our customer relationship management system, which processes the data on our behalf. Measurement and advertising data is shared with Google in the ways described above. Beyond those service providers, we disclose personal information only where you have consented, where it is necessary to deliver what you asked for, or where we believe in good faith that the law requires it, or that disclosure is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against anyone damaging or interfering with our rights, our property, our users, or anyone else who could be harmed.
These providers operate outside Australia, including in the United States, so your information may be stored and processed overseas.
-
Security
We strive to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of the personal information submitted to our sites, and we review our measures in light of current technologies. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be totally secure, but we take all reasonable steps to protect what you send us and to keep it secure once it reaches our systems. Our employees and the contractors who support our information systems are obliged to respect the confidentiality of any personal information we hold.
-
Access, correction and deletion
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us on the number or contact page above and we will action the request. Australian visitors have these rights under the Privacy Act 1988; residents of US states with privacy legislation, including California, have equivalent rights of access, correction, deletion and opt-out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information for money.
-
Children
This site sells business services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
